Data Collection

We have large groups of interviewers at our disposal, depending on the complexity of the research project at hand. The recruitment of this team is rigorous and based on practical experience, skill levels and industry standards.

Both our fieldworkers and supervisors are taken through a basic training process that is structured to include lecture sessions and dummy interviews. For quality assurance, our experienced supervisors monitor fieldworkers throughout the fieldwork process.

For every study, IDE recruits some interviewers from the local communities as part of our community empowerment programme. Every study/project is treated independently.
